Question: What should I expect after treatment?
Answer: There may be brief, mild swelling and redness and/or slight temporary bruising at injection sites. You will be advised to avoid touching the treated areas, remain upright for 3-4 hours after treatment and to avoid strenuous exercise for the rest of the day. BOTOX® Cosmetic begins to work in 2-4 days in most people. The longer the muscles are relaxed the less visible the wrinkles will become.
