Body Lift Surgery

Body lift or circumferential abdominoplasty removes excess skin from the anterior & posterior torso. Patients that have had marked weight loss with resultant skin laxity are one group that benefits from this procedure. In addition, some patients request buttock augmentation at the same time. Patients may have fat transfer to the buttocks with this procedure. Alternatively, some patients may have buttock augmenttion by having some of the tissue removed from the posterior trunk rotated to the buttocks. This procedure is called autologous tissue transfer. Dr. Jabor will be able to determine the appropriate procedure when you come for consultation.
